New projects of SOPO GROUP
For the end of this year and in 2012 we launched the following projects
We would like to inform you of the completion of the project "Winding stators with the split segments."This is a significant expansion of our activities in the production of wound components for electric motors.
With this innovation we are able to offer and implement a split stator segments with extremely high filling factor and an unlimited number of parallel wires!
Phase winding is performed without couplings and phases are perfectly insulated.
Production is highly variable and productive, according to the needs of individual customers, such as size and shape of the segments. Sizes of individual production series is not limited.
With this we can offer customers the world renowned high-end products for very attractive prices.

The company has completed several years of development of highly productive technology for winding stators with split segmenty. The benefits of this new manufacturing process and methods of winding are mainly in its versatility and can be applied to different shapes of the stator segments, for a wide range of customers without high initial investment.
Within the project will be purchased the necessary technological equipment, which allows the application of this unique technology into production processes of the SOPO company.
The benefits of the project are mainly in increasing of the efficiency of production of the electric motors.
Another important benefit for company is the diversification of the products at the global level both in terms of efficiency and price.
The project is a process of analysis by experts from CTU, whose task is to optimize and unify processes, particularly in the areas of production and logistics (warehousing, purchasing, shipping, monitoring), across all business establishments.
This analysis should in the first part was to map the current situation, identify strengths and weaknesses and determine effectiveness of the current set of business processes. We required that the document was part of a detailed SWOT analysis of the STEP and listed the key factors for achieving the efficiency of logistics and production processes. In the second part of the document, we expect proposals and measures that are based on information gathered during the first part of the study. The output will be the digital model for simulation of manufacturing processes, implications of the measures.

On 22
- 24
11th
2011 SOPO GROUP will be presented at International Fair SPC / IPC / DRIVES in Nuremberg.
We look forward to seeing you at our stand No. 430 in Hall 3
During the year 2012, we plan to expand production and warehouse space in Modletice. The object of the existing warehouse and production passes through a large reconstruction , with emphasis on quality production and optimization of logistics and material flow. Total production area will expand by about 1,000 square meters of modern manufacturing space.
